Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2026
1. Who we are and who processes your payment
TimTim is operated by MYTIMTIM LLC, 205 New Dover Road, Colonia, NJ 07067.
Merchant of Record Notice:
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles billing, taxes, invoices and refunds for your purchase. This policy applies to subscriptions and any setup fee purchased through Paddle, and sits alongside Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
2. Money-back guarantee
- First payment: If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment.
- Renewal payments: If a monthly or annual renewal is charged and you no longer want the service, you can request a refund within 14 days of that renewal charge.
- Taxes: Any taxes or VAT charged on a refunded payment are refunded with it.
3. How to request a refund
You can easily request a refund directly through Paddle or by reaching out to our support team:
- Go to paddle.net and click “Request refund”, or use the link provided in your Paddle receipt email.
- Alternatively, email us at support@mytimtim.com with your order number, and our team will immediately help you raise the request with Paddle.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method, usually within 14 days of approval, though your card issuer or bank may take additional days to reflect the credit on your statement.
5. Cancelling is separate from a refund
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the “manage subscription” link in your Paddle receipt email or by contacting our team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and your app and services remain active until that date.
Cancelling stops all future recurring charges, but does not automatically issue a refund for payments made outside the refund windows outlined above.
6. What happens after a refund
When a payment is refunded, your subscription ends and we stop catalog synchronization, maintenance, and updates for your app.
Your Apple Developer and Google Play accounts and store listings remain 100% yours. Your license to use TimTim's underlying mobile software ceases with the subscription. After cancellation or refund, your published app remains live in the app stores under your accounts, but stops syncing with your store and receives no further updates.
7. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory statutory rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including statutory withdrawal rights in the European Union and the United Kingdom, which Paddle honors where applicable.
8. Abuse
We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of suspected fraud or repeated abuse of our refund policy.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your purchase applies to that transaction. If any provision of this policy conflicts with Paddle's Buyer Terms, Paddle's terms shall apply.
